Shipping & Postage: Customers are responsible for all return postage costs. We require that you retain a tracking number, as Pro Fit Badminton Store is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

No Direct Swaps: To ensure accuracy and efficiency, we do not offer direct size swaps or exchanges. If you require a different size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

Custom Stringing: If you have requested a custom stringing service on a racket frame, the item is strictly non-returnable. Once a frame has been strung, it is no longer in brand-new condition and cannot be resold.

Restocking Fee: Pro Fit Badminton Store reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee of up to 30% if the item is not returned in its original, resalable condition.
