At Pro Fit Badminton, we pride ourselves on secure packaging and efficient transit times. Please review our shipping estimates and handling procedures below.
Delivery Lead Times
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the following estimated timeframes for delivery:

Our Packaging Standards
We utilize specialized packaging methods to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition while remaining environmentally conscious:

Footwear Only: To reduce environmental impact, shoe orders are shipped in their original manufacturer’s box without unnecessary external cardboard.

Racquets Only: All racquets are shipped in a custom-made, reinforced box. This ultra-solid packaging has a 100% success rate with zero reported damages over several years of use.

Mixed Orders: Orders containing a variety of items (shoes, bags, racquets, grips, etc.) are packed in our largest, high-density industrial boxes to ensure all items are shielded from impact.
Damaged Shipments
While we take every precaution to secure your items, if your order is damaged during transit, please follow these steps:

Notification: Contact us immediately upon receiving the delivery.

Documentation: Please take clear photographs of the damaged product immediately after removing the packaging. If the external shipping box shows visible signs of damage, please photograph that as well.

Resolution: We will launch a priority investigation with the carrier. If it is determined that the damage occurred during transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
